We use shipping platform Parcel Post by Australia Post for all orders. We will provide Tracking information.
Any Australian orders over $100 will receive free shipping using the standard delivery service.
Standard Shipping for orders under $100 is $10 within Australia.
Express Shipping Service for orders under $100 is $15 within Australia.

International
We offer international shipping to majority of countries outside of Australia for a flat $30 fee.
Any orders over $200 will receive free shipping using the fastest delivery service.
Most international orders are shipped from Australia with Australia Post.
International customers may be liable to pay inbound duties and taxes which your local customs authority deems appropriate based on the sale value. This cost is separate to the product and shipping cost and is the sole responsibility of the buyer. If the buyer choses not to pay duties on import and the parcel is returned to us, you will not be issued with a full refund when the parcel is received. The refund for the value of the goods purchased will be less any and all return costs occurred.
Returns
Worried about purchasing online?
If you receive anything you are unhappy with for any reason, we'll help you with an exchange or refund within 30 days from purchase. Before you return your items, make sure they are:

in the same condition they were when you received them;

not worn, washed or altered, have their original swing tags and are still in their original packaging;

swimwear, underwear, and bodysuits must have hygiene stickers intact; and

not earrings or face masks. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for earrings or face masks.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Please note return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item(s) are deemed faulty.
STORE CREDIT
If you want to exchange an item or simply want to return your items for a credit note, you can do so by lodging your return via the link below and choose the store credit option. After approval simply head to your nearest post office or preferred courier and ship the parcel back to us (we encourage opting for tracked shipping). Once your item(s) have arrived back at our warehouse you'll receive a credit note, issued as an online gift card for you to enter upon checkout during your next order.
REFUND
If you prefer a direct refund via your original payment method you can choose this option for items that are returned within 30 days from sale date. Simply lodge your return via the link below and choose the refund option. You can ship the parcel back to us via your preferred courier and we encourage opting for tracked shipping.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
If you are based outside of Australia, return postage costs and any additional duties & taxes assessed by International Customs when returning items from overseas are the responsibility of the customer, as well as any duties & taxes incurred when receiving the exchanged item, unless the items are deemed faulty. You can ship the parcel back to us via your preferred courier and we encourage opting for tracked shipping.
